Shabbos has inspired some of the most beloved songs in Jewish music, becoming the soundtrack to generations of Yiddishe homes and around countless Shabbos tables.

Gesher's mission has always been to bring those timeless Chassidishe melodies into today's world, preserving their soul while introducing a fresh, modern musical approach.

For this release, we're excited to welcome Meilich Braunstein, whose unmistakable voice brings new life to two beloved Shabbos songs from the Vishnitz repertoire that he grew up with. These melodies have been part of his world since childhood, and reimagining them through the Gesher sound felt both natural and meaningful. We hope this fresh take gives these treasured songs a new place around your Shabbos table.
